You know, we all write about our heroes, but since Feral started the discussion, I'll add that some of our REAL heroes are the unsung women of our kitchens. Yes men help as needed, but of it weren't for my grandmother, mom and when we were married my wife, the holidays (heck, ANY, day!) would have been quite a bit different. So even though I don't benefit from your hard work Feral and Kai, I certain respect and appreciate the work you've done and continue to do.
I give thanks I have food, a job, and relatively reliable Internet connection and computer. Happy Thanksgiving all, even if you don't observe it, enjoy yourself anyway.

That was very sweet, MO, and very true. I`ve always said that the role of wife, mother and homemaker is one of the roughest and yet most underrated. Although my hubby did help peel the spuds and wash the massive load of dishes, all without being asked to! And that gents who aren`t married is a sure way to ensure your wife loves you even if you`re married over 20 years, as Mister Feral and I have been.

I will admit that while I can cook when it's left up to me it usually becomes the most basic of meals (for instance tonight it's crumbed chicken drumsticks I chuck in the grill on the highest temperature until they're cook through yet not quite burnt).

As usual Thanksgiving was great. Good football games and time with family.

Just keeping society functioning is a heroic act in and of itself. That's why I always like to thank janitors and window-washers when I see them.

Evening gang! I think I`m still suffering from an overdose of turkey, mashed taters and stuffing. I`m so logey, I didn`t even write today!

Ugh. I`m not a fan of switching genders on established characters. The artwork is really good but I think I`ll pass.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of changng character genders myself, or Rule 63 if you prefer that term. Looks like the artist put more thought into some than others. A couple of images did inspire ideas for costume for my own characters though.

I didn`t know there was a rule number for it. Agreed, the artist did a really good job and at least tried to make the costumes feminine, if that was the switch.

I only found out it was called 'Rule 63' through a comment of the Facebook post I found it in. Didn't know there was before either.

Hahah, have to. You know in all my time on facebook I've never been poked. Or I have and I just don't know it.

Yeah, some of those are disturbing... , although the female Angel and male Shadowcat are cool. Finally finished two huge papers and I'm scared neither one will be good enough for the teachers.
